Who We Are
Led by clinical expertise and lived experience
Silverstead Homecare Ltd is a domiciliary care provider based in Bournemouth, Dorset, registering with the Care Quality Commission to deliver the regulated activity of personal care.
- Qualified nursing expertise, including community nursing, medical, surgical, and critical care placements
- Hands-on experience as a support worker across multiple care settings, delivering personal care to individuals with complex needs
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations, fundamental standards, and governance requirements
- Practical knowledge of safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, medication management, and person-centred care planning
- Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities, dementia, long-term conditions, and sensory impairments

BSc (Hons) Nursing, Bournemouth University
Registered Manager, and Nominated Individual, holds a BSc (Hons) in Nursing from Bournemouth University and brings years of clinical and care experience to the leadership of this service. Her commitment to the 6 Cs of nursing, Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment, runs through everything we do at Silverstead Homecare.
